These cream puffs are the ideal basis for sweet creations such as small cream puffs with pastry cream or whipped cream, but also for savoury versions.
A little tip: It is normal for the cream puffs to be a little firm at first. As soon as they are filled with cream, this will rehydrate them and make them perfectly fluffy.
