Description
Would you like to have beautiful, shiny cannelés? Here is an essential ingredient: bee's wax.
Your cannelés will come out of the mould easily. The wax will give your cannelés a good honey taste and crispness.
Use: Melt the bee's wax in a bain-marie or in the microwave. You can melt it with butter equally 50/50.
