Your cannelés will come out of the mould easily. The wax will give your cannelés a good honey taste and crispness.
Ingredients: Bee's wax Use: Melt the bee's wax in a bain-marie or in the microwave. You can melt it with butter equally 50/50. Contains: 4 portions of 20g
