Do you like savarins and want to make them for individual desserts?
Here are the molds "square savarin" which, with a traditional recipe, will give you an unusual shape :)
Of course, you will be able o make other preparations because these molds are resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +230°C.
And the mini and medium mold will be your best friend for gourmet coffees and amuse-bouche
You will have the choice between 3 dimensions:
- Mini: app. 3.3 x 3.3 x h 2 cm - 24 cavities x 16 ml = 384 ml
- Medium: app. 4.5 x 4.5 x h 2.8 cm - 15 cavities x 45 ml = 675 ml
- Big: app. 6.2 x 6.2 x h 2.5 cm - 8 cavities x 73 ml = 584 ml
Material: Silicone
Use: For baking, remove from the mold after the preparation has cooled down completely.
Dishwasher safe.
