For savarin fans, here are molds that will be perfect for making gourmet coffee or individual cakes.
Simply pour your preparation into each mould cavity, using a piping bag, and bake to obtain several savarins at the same time.
Afterwards, you can soak them in kirsch, for the big ones of course :) and garnish them with whipped cream, custard or fruit. Anything goes.
And, the advantage of individual molds is that you can eat more without feeling guilty :)
These silicone molds could also be used as an insert for the "Mini Intreccio" mold or for all other frozen preparations.
You will have the choice between 4 dimensions:
- ⌀ 4.1 cm x 1.2 cm high - 18 cavities x 18 ml = 324 ml
- ⌀ 6.5 cm x 2.1 cm high - 8 cavities x 50 ml = 400 ml
- ⌀ 7.2 cm x 2.3 cm high - 6 cavities x 62 ml = 372 ml
- Oval: 7 x 5.2 cm x 2.4 cm - 10 cavities x 47 ml = 470 ml
Material: Silicone
Use: For baking, remove from the mold after the preparation has cooled down completely.
Temperature resistant from -60°C to +230°C. Dishwasher safe.
