Description
This mirror white glaze will be perfect to cover all your entremet. For a nice final decoration.
You can color this mirror glaze with gel colors, add glitter powder...etc. With this glaze, you will have a nice mirror white glaze.
INGREDIENTS: Glucose syrup, water, gelling agents: E440, E401, E407; acidity, regulators: E330, E331, E327, E341; colour: E171; preservative: E202; flavours. May contain: soybeans, cereals and products thereof, nuts and products thereof, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Ideal for frosting semifreddos, profiteroles, cookies and fresh fruits.
How to use:
Heat up till 37°C (99°F), mix and then pour on your creations. If needed, it is possible to add water to the glaze. A package of 250 g is perfect to cover a Ø 30 x h
