Description
Simply make royal icing with this mix from Funcakes. You only have to add water to this mix to prepare the icing. This icing hardens completely and is suitable for covering your cake, piping decorations and decorating and glazing cookies.
Preparation: Sift 450g of mix and mix it with 55 ml of water to obtain a consistent royal icing. Gently mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes. The icing is ready when it is shiny white and runs in a continuous ribon without being liquid. If you're using a hand mixer, make sure it does not jam!
Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200g of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
