Description
With this gluten free mix from FunCakes you can make a delicious buttercream! Ideal as a topping on your cupcakes or as filling in your sponge cake. Add a flavour if you wish.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whip 180 g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, starch corn, vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup, modified starch E1414, skimmed milk powder, thickener: E404, stabiliser E450, flavors, milk protein, acidity regulator: E330 E339, emulsifiers: E472, E471, stabiliser: E340. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

This product is certified gluten free.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
