Ingredients: white chocolate 70% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk protein powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavour, sunflower oil, caramelised hazelnuts (hazelnuts 4%, sugar), caramelised almonds (almonds 3%, sugar)
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, egg, other nuts, sulphites, peanuts and sesame.

Conservation: keep away from heat and humidity. After opening store at room temperature for 15 days. A natural phase shift may occur, simply stir the product to homogenise it.
Use: Open the lid, place the jar directly in the microwave (<750W ) for 30 seconds or in a water bath - removed from the heat: +/- 5 minutes. Do not add water to the preparation! Allows you to glaze: 2 large logs or 12 individual mini logs, or 1 large cake or 6 individual desserts. The preparation can be reheated 2 times.
