Here is a silver sugar paste that will be perfect for decorating your cakes or cupcakes.
Elastic but tonic at the same time, this paste will have the perfect texture for small decorations or mini modelling.
TIP: This silver fondant contains a large quantity of cocoa butter. This is why it will be extremely hard when you take it out of the package. Once you will have well kneaded it and with perseverance, you will get a nice texture. The dough will be even easier to work if you divide it into several parts. You can then make beautiful decorations.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, potato starch, coloring: E555, E171, E153; corn starch, thickener: xanthan gum E415, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, aromas: vanillin.
May contain traces of milk and its derivates and nuts.
