Preparation: Mix 500 g mix with 160 g of butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a firm dough and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C). Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out the cookies. Bake them in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
