Description

Glucose syrup, essentiel ingredient, used in pastries, confectionery and ice cream.  

It prevents crystallization and provides elasticity and malleability when baking sugar or making ice creams. 

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sulphites <1%.

Storage: Keep away from light in a cool, dry place. Close well after use.
