Description
Agar-agar is a plant-based binding agent and a versatile product that is colourless and odourless. You can safely add it to all your preparations that set in the fridge, e.g. mousses, jellies and creams.
Avoid using it in preparations that go into the freezer.
Agar-agar does not contain any products of animal origin.

Ingredients: agar-agar E406
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts.
Contains: 1 bag agar-agar of 35 grams
Storage: Keep away from light and moisture after opening. For pastries, confectioneries. Do not ingest pure. Do not inhale. Do not put in the eyes. Close well after use.
Use: Dissolve the agar in water, milk, etc. Then bring it to a boil for 30 seconds.
Dosage: 1 tsp. coffee = 3 g of agar-agar. Creams and blanks: 2.50 - 3.75 g / l / Foams: 6.25 - 7.50 g / l / Topping: 5 to 6.25 g / l / Candies: 8.75 to 10 g / l.
