Description
Gelatin is an essential ingredient for achieving impeccable textures in your preparations. It is used to give hold to your mousses, creams, jellies and much more.

Ingredients: Bovine gelatin (100%)
Contains sulphites. May contain traces of soya, milk, gluten, egg, nuts.
Use: 16gr/litre of preparation. Soak and swell the gelatin for 5 to 10 minutes in cold water (5x its weight in water) then add to a boiling liquid. Leave to set in the freezer or fridge.
