Gelling agent used to give hold to Bavarians, mousses, charlottes and more.

Gelatin is used for dessert creams, whipped creams or jellies. Its presentation in powder form facilitates its dosage.

It is intended for human consumption.

Ingredients: Bovine gelatin (100%)

Contains sulphites. May contain traces of soya, milk, gluten, egg, nuts.

Contains: 50g

Use: 16g/litre Preparation. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes (5x the weight of the gelatin in water) and leave to swell, then stir into a boiled liquid. Leave to set in the freezer or fridge.
