Resealable bag with pectin
Pectin is a substance of plant origin found in many fruit seeds (apples, quinces, currants...) and citrus peel. It plays a structural role in the gelling of preparations.
Pectin is ideal for the preparation of jams, fruit pastes and jellies and guarantees a perfect texture and quick setting of your preparations. Thanks to the resealable pouch, you can store the pectin in optimum conditions and use it several times while preserving its freshness and effectiveness.
