Description
Use quick setting pectin to make your jams, jellies, fillings, ice creams, sorbets, fruit flowing hearts, etc...
It gives a soft, unbreakable gel texture and is particularly suitable for making jams with chunks, as well as jellies.
Instructions for use:
- Pre-mix Quick Pectin with other dry ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a hot liquid with vigorous stirring and keep stirring until completely dissolved.
- Gelling occurs on cooling and setting is rapid: 4 to 8 minutes.
Maximum dosage: 1 to 3g/kg.
Use our thermometer to check the temperature of your preparations.
Ingredients: highly esterified fruit pectin E440i, dextrose.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, egg, soya, milk, nuts, lupin and sulphites.
For use in foodstuffs.
Store in a cool, dry place.
