With this gel dye, give your macaroons, cupcakes, biscuits / sponge cakes, fondant, marzipan, sugar dough and more. Being super concentrated, do not overdo the quantity, one or two drops may be sufficient depending on the color you want!
In view of its high concentration, this dye will remain stable at cooking up to 200 ° C.
Preparation: add the desired amount of coloring, for example to your fondant or cream, knead or stir until the colors are well mixed. Continue kneading or stirring until the desired result is achieved.
Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E122, emulsifier: E551. E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.
