Are you baking a delicious cake for Mother's Day or a sweet creation for your loved one ? If you are looking for the perfect fondant to cover your work of art, then our "Fired Red" fondant is ideal. It has been specially developed for covering cakes and adds a touch of passion and elegance to your dessert.
The FunCakes fondant (vanilla flavor) is extremely flexible and easy to use thanks to its soft texture. It hardens after use but doesn't crack.
For a rectangular cake measuring 23 cm x 33 cm and 5 cm high, you will need about 1100g of fondant to cover the cake completely. Knead the fondant well before using it and then roll it out on a thin layer of Crisco. For other diameters or shapes, you can refer to our table below only available in French or German.
Ingredients : sugar (79%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm, kernel, palm), water, humectant (E422), thickener (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), colour (E129), natural flavouring, preservative (E200), acidifier (E330). E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergens : may contain traces of almonds.
