Passion fruit puree 1 kg
It consists of 90% passion fruit and 10% fine cane sugar; the 1 kg pack is easy to portion. What is it suitable for? As a reliable flavor component in ganache, buttercream, Swiss meringue, crème patisserie, yoghurt or sorbets - it also adds an attractive color. How is it used? Defrost overnight in the fridge, then fill immediately into practical 50, 100 or 200 g portions; the puree can be defrosted and refrozen several times. To ensure consistent quality, frozen deliveries are organized all year round; orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Monday. The delivery often arrives already defrosted so that you can process or portion directly. Unopened, it will keep for approx. 1 year in the fridge; once opened, you should consume it within 12 days or freeze it in portions; in the freezer, it will keep for approx. 1 year. The passion fruit used comes from Ecuador and goes particularly well with raspberry, apricot, banana and mango.
