Description
This succulent aroma of white chocolate will allow you to flavor your ganaches, butter creams, Bavarian, ice creams or any others toppings at will.
You can also add this aroma to your cookie dough, sponge cake, cupcakes,... because it is perfectly suitable for baking.
We recommend adding a additional amount of flavoring than the recommended dosage if the cooking temperature is higher than 200°C.
Ingredients: white chocolate (25%) (sugar, cream powder (milk), cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soy), vegetable oil (sunflower), skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (coconut), sugar, aroma. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
