FunCakes mint-flavored pastes can be added to the batter and are also suitable for baking. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavor to the batter for sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add to the batter according to the recommended dosage on the packet. If you are baking at high temperatures (over 200 °C), add a little more flavor paste as this reduces the strength of the flavor. The flavor paste can also be added to the chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, water, glucose syrup, plant extract (safflower), oil (peppermint 2%), thickener: E440a, acidity regulator E330, color E133.
May contain traces of egg, milk and nuts .
Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g.
