Description

Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and different fillings a delicious flavour with this flavouring from FunCakes.

FunCakes flavourings can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage, as listed on the package, to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavouring because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: marsala wine (39,4%), sugar, glucose syrup, egg powder, modified starch, colouring (E150b), flavouring, E220 ( sulphur dioxide ). For allergens, see ingredients in bold . Contains alcohol.

Recommended dosage: 40g per 500g.
