We have the perfect "tonka bean" food flavouring!
Simply add it to the batter to flavour your cookies, cupcakes, cakes, ice creams, bavarians, butter creams, etc.
Add extra food flavouring if the baking temperature is high (over 200°C), as this can reduce the flavour strength.
We also have tonka beans to grate.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, tonka beans (2% ground), maltodextrin, thickener : E440, E406.
The product is Halal certified.
