If you like to work with chocolate and want to make your decorations in an original way, here is an item that will obviously please you: transfer sheets.
This package contains 4 transfer sheets (2x geometrical patterns and 2x cocoa pods).
Then you could decorate your entremets or cupcakes and in addition to being delicious, they will also be wonderful :)
The transfer sheets are mainly used to work with chocolate but you can also use them as chocolate candies coating, or as printing for ice creams or mousses.
An item with many decorations :)
- Chocolate: Melt the couverture chocolate. Place the transfer sheet on your work surface and spread the chocolate evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes and remove the transfer sheet.
- Chocolate candies: Place the transfer sheet, very gently on your candy and tap the top of the sheet with a brush to adhere the sheeet to the candy. Let it crystallize and then remove the transfer sheet.
- Ice Cream: Place the transfer sheet in the mold, spread the ice cream on the sheet and put in the freezer until completely frozen. Remove the sheet as soon as the ice cream is out of the freezer.
- Mousse: Place the transfer sheet in your mold, spread your preparation and put in the freezer. Remove the sheet as soon as the mousse is out of the freezer.
Storage: Store away from heat and humidity.
