Prepare your shortcrust pastry and cut out the shapes. Leave them to cool well after baking. Decorate them with royal icing.
You can also decorate your cookies with sugar paste or marzipan. All you have to do is add a few details, stick the decoration to the cookies with food glue and you have beautiful cookies that go perfectly with your coffee.
