Silver Crispy Chocolate Pearls
The FunCakes Crispy chocolate pearls are crunchy Chocolate pearls with a cereal centre, coated in white, milk, and dark chocolate. They are ideal as a decorative element and flavour accent for a wide variety of baked goods and desserts.
Properties & Application
Thanks to their crunchy cereal centre, the Crispy Pearls retain their texture even on soft surfaces such as Ganache, creams, or ice cream. They are suitable as Sprinkle decor on cupcakes, brownies, cakes, and desserts, as a cake-side decoration, and embedded in cupcake swirls. The combination of three types of chocolate provides a varied depth of flavour.
Versatile & Range-Compatible
The Crispy Pearls can be combined with other FunCakes decoration products and pair well with Ganache, Buttercream, Fondant, and icing. Halal certified.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at 12–20°C. After opening, seal well to preserve crunchiness.
