Here is a rigid polycarbonate mold that will be perfect for working chocolate and serve as a sweet treat to your guests!
This mold contains 10 cavities composed of 5 different patterns (4 differents Santa Claus and 1 boot).
For a trouble-free mold release, use couverture chocolate such as Callebaut or Valrhona, which are available on our website and temper according to the indications on the chosen chocolate package. Material: PS suitable for food contact.
Dimensions of the mold: 27.5 x 13.5 x 2.3 cm
Pattern size: 5-6 cm x 4-5 cm
Use: refrigerator, freezer.
Do not go in the dishwasher or in the oven.
Maintenance: Before first use and after each use, wash and dry.
