These intense dark and bitterly bitter Cacao Barry chocolate pebbles are made from cocoa beans from Ecuador. They offer a fruity length on the palate with woody aromatic notes.
Chocolate goes well with vanilla, saffron, banana, sweet white wine from Alsace, maple, hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, truffle and sourdough bread.
These pebbles can also be used to make homemade chocolates, chocolate bars and bars, or other chocolate sweets.
Ingredients: Ecuador cocoa paste (70.5%), sugar, cocoa butter (9%), natural vanilla powder. May contain traces of milk. This product is Kosher Certified.
