These dark chocolate pebbles from Mexico are strong in cocoa, and release spicy and woody notes, with a hint of liquorice. Use them to make delicious chocolate bars and pralines. You can also bake them to make cupcakes or cakes.
Chocolate goes well with cinnamon, gingerbread, curry, licorice, raspberry, banana, banyuls, caramel, hazelnuts and raspberry vinegar.
Ingredients: Mexican cocoa paste (63.5%), sugar, cocoa butter (5%), natural vanilla powder. May contain traces of milk. Allergens are indicated in bold type. This product is Kosher Certified.
Storage: 12-20 ° C, in a dry and odorless place.
