Description
You want to make a nice brioche with drops inside? Then don't hesitate with these white chocolate drops.
They are heat resistant and when you cut your creation you will not have a marbled effect, but beautiful white chocolate drops. To ensure that your brioche is successful every time, choose our mold for bread/brioche, which has been specially developed for perfect and even baking.
Preparations: add the desired amount of drops directly into the product (dough, ice cream, etc.).
Ingredients: sugar, milk powder (whole), cocoa butter (21%), milk powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavouring (vanilla). For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
