Dimensions of the tablet: approx. env. 16 x 8 x h. 2,2 cm

Dimensions of the mold: approx. 24 x 18,5 cm

Use:

Melt the chocolate and add the powdered cocoa butter. Pour the mixture into each cavity of the lower part of the mold, without exceeding the line. Gently tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
Carefully place the flexible insert into the cavities without pressing. Then place the upper part of the mold on top and press gently until the chocolate rises along the edges of the cavities.
Flip the mold as shown in the picture and place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Carefully remove the upper part of the mold and the flexible insert: your chocolate is ready!

Care:
Handle the material with care and wash before use. Avoid pouring overly hot preparations to prevent deforming the cavities. Clean with soapy water and without abrasive tools after use. Not oven- or dishwasher-safe. Suitable for food contact.
