Description
The Deco Melts from FunCakes offer you numerous decoration options! Melt the Deco Melts and pour them into the desired shape. They are popular with experienced and young home bakers alike. You can use them to create drip cakes and cupcake decorations, but also to make lollipops and sweets.
FunCakes Deco Melts are available in many different colors available. Not exactly the color you are looking for? Create your own color by selecting the Chocolate food coloring to the white Deco Melts.
Deco Melts are not made from real chocolate, but taste like creamy white chocolate! Due to the different temperatures, the Deco Melts can melt during transportation and storage. They can still be used, but may not arrive in their original condition. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using the Deco Melts.
Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), emulsifier: E492, E472C, milk powder (skimmed), flavor. For allergens see ingredients in bold . May contain traces of nuts . This product is Halal certified.
Contains: 1 kg
Preparation: Melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie. For the microwave: Melt in a bowl at max. 500W. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the Deco Melts are almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the Deco Melts are smooth and completely melted and process as desired. Leave to harden in the fridge (10-15 mins). For a more liquid result, add a few drops of cocoa butter.
Storage: store in a dry, dark place at 16°C-22°C.
