Dark chocolate ganache

Do you have to make a cake and want to save some time? Opt for this mix to prepare a delicious chocolate ganache :)
This ganache is prepared super fast and will be lighter than butter cream.
Preparation for one portion of ganache: Mix 200g of the mx wth 80ml of water in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at ca. 900W and stir well every 10-15 seconds. Stop heating when the ganache completly melted. Keep stirring until the ganache is smooth. Pour the ganache drectly over your cake or let it stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For filling and covering mx the ganache 1 minute at high speed before further processing. One servng of ganache is enough for filling and covering one 20 cm cake or decorating of approx. 15 cupcakes.
Ingredients: powdered chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder (skimmed) natural vanilla flavoring) (75%), cocoa butter (10%), cream powder (milk, lactose), milk powder (whole). For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy and lupin.
