Preparation: Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 155°C). For one Ø 20 cm cake, mix 250 g mix, 230 g eggs (4½ pcs), and 20 ml water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 8-10 minutes and pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
