You love macaroons, but you've never dared to make them yourself?
Discover our preparation to make macaroon shells. Just add 50g water and the coloring of your choice to the mixture and it's ready!
This simple and effective way will allow you to make about 36 shells or 18 macaroons.
Use: mix the preparation with 50gr of tempered water in a food processor, at maximum speed for about 5 minutes. Then poach your dough on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of baking paper.
Ingredients: sugar, almond powder 28%, egg white powder, emulsifiers E472a, E472b, E475 (gluten, milk), salt. Allergens are indicated in bold.
May contain traces of nuts, soy, sulfites and lupin
