This long bread mould is the perfect companion for all your home baking needs! Its elongated shape makes it ideal for baking large, golden breads, as well as cakes or a soft brioche.

Material: anodised aluminium
Dimensions: 40 x 10 x h. 10 cm
Use: Preheat the oven according to the instructions in the recipe or cake mix. Prepare the inside of the mould with baking parchment or release spray. Bake as indicated in your favourite recipe. For even browning, bake only on the top oven rack.
Care: Before using for the first time and after each use, wash by hand in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher and avoid using metal utensils (we recommend using silicone or wood). The acid in some foods can stain the mould, but occasional stains or scratches will not affect the performance of the cookware.
Warnings: Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid the danger of suffocation, keep this bag out of the reach of babies and children. Do not use this bag in a cot, cot, pushchair or playpen. The thin plastic film can stick to the nose and mouth and block breathing. This bag is not a toy.
