This is the magic ingredient to give your bread rolls a soft crumb and keep them fresh longer.
White colour and with a neutral flavour, it makes the dough easier to handle and process.
Dosage: 5% (25 g per 500 g of flour).
Contains: 100 grams.
Ingredients: dextrose, vegetable oil and fat (palm, coconut, turnip), whey powder, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifier: E471, E481, E472e, soy flour, glucose syrup (dried), milk protein, natural flavouring (butter), enzymes, , flour treatment agent: E300, E920. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk and lupin.
