This is the magic ingredient to give your white bread a soft crumb. Plus it will stay longer fresh!
White colour and with a neutral flavour, it makes the dough easier to handle and process.
Dosage: 5% (25 g per 500 g of flour).
Contains: 100 grams.
Ingredients: wheat flour, dextrose, soya flour, emulsifier: E471, vegetable oil and fat (turnip), enzymes. For allergens, see ingredients in fat. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk and lupin.
