This set "Rome 525" contains 2 molds, a base and a part to clip-on to obtain the cylindrical shape.

The molds are made of non-stick material, allowing you to remove them easily. However, for more safety, we advise you to use a release spray before putting your preparation in the molds.

Puff pastry, leavened bakery, cake to be covered with chocolate icing, ... everything is possible to make, as the Italians would say: a perfecto dessert :)
