This mold, straight from England, is the essential element to create the famous Angel Cake. This ultra light cake is made from egg whites whisked into a snowy consistency and why not serve it with whipped cream and some fruit. It's a real treat :)
The feet of the mold allow the cake to cool down upside down and to be detached thanks to gravity.
