You can inflate them either with one of our "helium tanks" or with our "balloon pump".

Dimensions: approx. 45 cm in diameter
Instruction: blow up inside balloon first with either air or helium and tie (don’t tie outside balloon yet). Using a balloon pump, put a few puffs of air into the outside balloon to allow confetti to move and tie. To make the confetti stick, rub with your hand or fabric whilst turning the balloon.
