This rhodoïd roll is ideal for making entremets and facilitating the removal from pastry frames and circles.

Perfect for strawberries and bavarois!

Rhodoïd is also used to make chocolate decorations. This allows you to give the exact shape for a delicious, homemade cake trick. Attention: Not suitable for baking.
