We work with Callebaut brand, Belgian world famous chocolate. The chocolate melt is in the form of small pistoles that melt very quickly in the “bain-marie” and / or microwave.
This chocolate is very easy to temper by its quality.

We use it for making pralines, truffles, chocolate decorations or for the famous mirror glaze, brownies, chocolate custard.
